Please note that any appointment changes/cancellations within the 24 hour period will incur the full service fee. For any booking changes, please contact us via WhatsApp on 07761 915097.

Cancellations made via email, iMessage or voicemail are not valid.

Preferred therapists

While we will always do our best to accommodate requests for a preferred therapist, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen by the same therapist for every appointment. Therapist availability may vary depending on schedules and bookings.

Please be assured that all of our therapists are fully qualified and trained to the same high standard, ensuring you receive a consistent and professional service regardless of who performs your treatment.

Soak-offs

Please note that the removal of existing nail products is time-dependent and requires additional appointment time. If you currently have gel, acrylic, BIAB, or other nail products on your nails, please ensure you select the correct removal option when booking so we can allow enough time for your service.
